Journalist turned programmer. I analyze and visualize data to make journalistic investigations easier to understand and lighter to read, even when they are built on thousands (MILLIONS!) of data points. In my spare time I build this website and tinker with things I find interesting. Since a picture visualization is worth a thousand words, you can explore a collection of work and visualizations I've enjoyed making.
